Indoor Cross Country

Oh noes. After a pattern of hot afternoons, the trend now is thunderstorms. Decide to hit the threadmill. Did the 30min X-country 1 mode on speed 7. When I first started running I couldn't even complete the full 30mins. Now its just a light workout. Avg HR is 90 max 180 at the steepest angle.
