Another rainy day

The 2.4km trial run was cancelled due to the rain. Went to the gym instead. Eplitical 10min @ Half, 10min @ Max. 4 sets 10 reps abs, back, quad, hamstring. Did a 2.4km trial on the threadmill speed 12 which took me 12mins to finish.
