IPPT Cleared

This is my first attempt for the new work year. Attained a silver award on the first try. Result as follows:

Chin-Up: 10rep 4pts
Standing Broad Jump: 221cm 3pts
Shuttle Run: 10.3secs 4pts
Sit-Up: 38rep 5pts
2.4km Run: 11:15 4pts

Total: 20pts, Result: Silver Award, Category: Y

This leaves me free for other activities like running LSD, swimming and biking.
