Reach SP quite early and watch the kids run their NAFA test. Good luck to them in NS. Run 10 laps of the outer track as warm and did some stretching. Continue with 2 laps of speed training with 2 laps of cool down.
Finally tried the famous Commonwealth "Ching Teng" and chicken wings. Will be back for more next week. Total Mileage: 6.1km
